Network-wide Training Event III

We are delighted to host the third Network-wide Training Event of the MSCA-DN RESPIRE-EXCEL project! This event will bring together doctoral candidates, supervisors, invited experts and external participants for a week of advanced scientific training, computational workshops, transferable skills development and collaborative discussions.

Hosted by Helmholtz Munich in collaboration with the DataLung School, this edition will focus on lung biology and immunology, computational approaches for respiratory research, and the analysis of complex biomedical datasets. Participants will also have the opportunity to exchange ideas, build collaborations and present their research within the RESPIRE-EXCEL network.

External Participants

We are pleased to open Monday 19 October, Tuesday 20 October, and Wednesday 21 October to external students. However, due to limited space, we can accommodate a maximum of 10 external participants per day. These days will feature lectures on lung biology and immunology, advanced respiratory research, transferable and cross-sectoral skills training, and hands-on computational workshops covering statistical methods and single-cell RNA-seq analysis.
